Participant Waiver and Release of Liability

By making a reservation, entering the facility, or participating in any activity at HOLESHOTS Golf, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that golf simulators, golf-related activities, and other simulator sports involve inherent risks, including but not limited to being struck by golf clubs, golf balls, equipment, other participants, slips, falls, and other accidents that may result in personal injury, property damage, illness, or death.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in activities at HOLESHOTS Golf.

I agree to release, waive, and discharge HOLESHOTS Golf, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to my participation in activities at the facility, except where prohibited by law.

I agree to use all equipment safely, follow posted rules and staff instructions, and supervise any minors in my care. I understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the facility without refund.

I accept responsibility for any damage caused by my negligent or intentional misuse of equipment or property.

If alcohol is consumed on the premises, I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my actions and decisions and will participate in activities in a safe manner.

For participants under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must accept this waiver on the minor's behalf.

By proceeding with a reservation, or entering the facility, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
